CIT Metals Company Limited has been importing and distributing zinc products in Thailand for more than 30 years. Originally operating under the name C.I.T. Corporation Limited, the company has developed extensive experience in supplying Zinc Alloy for Die Casting and Special High Grade (SHG) Zinc Ingots to customers across a wide range of industries. The business began by importing zinc products from Australia and steadily expanded its operations over the years. CIT later became a principal distributor of Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited, one of Thailand's leading zinc producers, serving as its authorized distributor until 2018. Building on this strong foundation, CIT Metals continues to strengthen its supply network and deliver reliable products and professional services to customers throughout Thailand.
History and Background
The Beginning of C.I.T.
The company’s journey began with the establishment of C.I.T. Company Limited in 1961. Initially, the company specialized in the import and distribution of a wide range of products, including bathroom and kitchen accessories, door hardware and locking systems, hand tools, and agricultural equipment.
Over the years, the business expanded steadily through long-term partnerships with leading manufacturers from Germany, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, and China. Today, C.I.T. products are distributed through an extensive retail network of more than 200 locations across Thailand, serving customers in every region of the country.

In 2022, CHAAN Group Holdings Company Limited was established as the parent company of the Group. As a holding company, it provides strategic oversight, investment management, and business advisory services while supporting the Group's long-term growth and development. The Group currently comprises several companies, including CIT Metals Company Limited and Kudos (Thailand) Company Limited, each operating within its respective area of expertise while working together to create long-term value for customers, business partners, and stakeholders. The Group's corporate structure has been established to support sustainable growth, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen corporate governance, and promote transparency across its businesses. It also provides a strong foundation for future expansion and reinforces the Group's long-term competitiveness.
